RETURN POLICY

At ESENCIA SHOP, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 10 days.
• Items must be in new condition & original tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds are not available. All returns will be issued as store credit only.
• Each order is limited to one exchange.

How to Request a Return:

• Submit your return request with the necessary details to our email: esencia_shop@hotmail.com.
• Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email (for US & PR customers). Drop off your package at any USPS location or schedule a pickup.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit.

Processing Time:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Shipping Options for USA & Puerto Rico

USPS First-Class Package: $5 (FREE on orders over $100).

USPS Priority Shipping: $10.

Important: Shipping times do not include the standard 1–3 business day processing time required to prepare your order for shipment.

Preorders: May take 1–4 weeks to ship. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is available.

Shipment Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

Changing Shipping Address: Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is fulfilled.

Once an order is processed, the shipping label is automatically generated with the address you provided during checkout.

Any corrections or re-shipments due to incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer. Please double-check your address, including all applicable address lines, before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS using the tracking information provided.
